However, it shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, or technical errors, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct as defined by Swiss law.
All intellectual property contained within the platform—including but not limited to content, visual identity, software, and structural components—is either the property of zahlungsraum or used under valid license. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts at the location of zahlungsraum’s legal seat, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
zahlungsraum reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to its services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if a user is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or threatening the integrity of the platform.
Refunds may be considered only when a service is demonstrably defective or not delivered as described. Requests must be submitted to info@zahlungsraum.com within 14 calendar days from the date of the issue. Eligibility for refunds will be determined case-by-case and may be limited based on the nature of the service.
zahlungsraum retains the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated in a manner deemed appropriate. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use after amendments constitutes binding acceptance of the new version.
